Villa Cantik 7 bedroom villa is One of very few quality villas (which was recently completed), which can accommodate a large party or a family get-to-gather in great style! Villa Cantik can only be accessed by private road, & is located in close proximity to both Istana Semer & The Rice Terrace Villas.

Villa Cantik has been featured in magazines such as "Traveler" - Britain - 1998 and "Harpers & Queen" - April, 2004 as a true Bali hideaway estate that matches one dreams of lush gardens and open spaces with a stylish interior of antiques and fine furnishings, as only the professional interior designer owner could manifest. Situated down a private driveway in a traditional village in the residential Kerobokan district north of Seminyak, it is only a 10-minute drive to shops and restaurants and a five-minute drive to beaches. The Villas
The villa is comprised of 6 air-conditioned bedrooms and 1 bedroom pavilion without A/C at front Lumbung (rice barn style). 2 master bedrooms are with Air-conditioning, 4 bathrooms: Main House - 3 bedrooms one upstairs with bathroom downstairs - air-conditionings - 2 master bedrooms downstairs with A/C and adjoining indoor/ outdoor bathroom, Guest house-with living area and 3 bedrooms - air-conditionings, large spacious open living area facing front and rear gardens with natural swimming pool and expansive lush garden, formal dining area (seats 10 people), informal dining area, fully equipped modern kitchen, upstairs spacious TV/den area. Front Lumbung (rice barn style) pavilions for additional sleeping and rear antique houses facing river and rice field views, TV, stereo, CD player, VCR, telephone, dial up internet access, full staff of 9 members with manager, professional cook, maid service, gardeners and security, parking area with garage, including airport transport.

The formal and informal dining areas on either side flank the grand living area. To the right are two attractive master bedrooms with air-con and an adjoining indoor/outdoor bathroom. Upstairs is a large split-level bedroom AC overlooking the garden below, as the thatched roof provides a stylish design for cross ventilation. Upstairs to the other side is a large TV/den area for relaxing and privacy. In the front area is a large guesthouse, which is self-contained with a living area and three bedrooms AC and two bathrooms. Located in the rear garden is a large natural swimming pool with flowing water over boulders and faces the garden lounge area with flowing white netting beds and pool chairs. To the rear of the property facing a river and rice field view two old antique houses have been reassembled for relaxing or an additional rustic sleeping area, as well as the two lumbung rice barns located at the entrance of the property also.
