Ungasan Bay Villas is an exclusive new property located on an elevated piece of landscape that is orientated to capture sweeping views over the entire Jimbaran Bay and out towards Tandjung Benoa. Created to unite elements of typical Balinese design with modern Asian flair, Ungasan Bay Villas is a visually inspiring retreat consisting of two almost identical villas that offer guests optimal comfort and privacy.

Sense of Security

Access to the villa is via an ornate Balinese gateway that has been traditionally carved out of indigenous stone and gives the complex a rather regal appearance. An extended garden path extends down to the villa that is nestled within its own secured compound complete with personal swimming pool and tropical greenery.

Inviting Ambience

Ungasan Bay Villas has been designed in an L-shape structure which is defined by a semi-flat rooftop and full length glass doors in every room that open up to embrace the outdoors. The main living environment integrates a dining and lounge space as well as a fully equipped kitchen facility that is partially hidden behind a timber wall panel. A tasteful interior of furniture and aesthetic pieces in warm earthy shades with a few bold accents of colour creates an inviting ambience that nurtures the senses.

Nights of Peaceful Slumber

Adjacent to the living room is the master suite, while the second bedroom is accessed separately via the terrace. Both suites are sensitive to the needs of individual guests for moments of intimacy and long air-conditioned nights of peaceful slumber. Maintaining the same sophisticated interior design concept that is featured throughout the villa, each bedroom is a comfortable sanctuary with teak furnishings, contemporary artworks and luxurious bed linen. The matching ensuite bathrooms have been created for pure indulgence with double vanity space, a generous rain shower recess and a sunken tub edged in marble and set against a hand carved stone frieze.

Secluded Study

One convenient feature of Ungasan Bay Villas is a study that caters for travelers who feel the need to keep in close contact with business and domestic affairs back home. This area in Villa One is a separate study cum secluded reading environment with a generous window that spans the distant landscape. Alternatively, Villa Two features a cosy alcove just off the main living room that is more than adequate for some quiet time alone to catch up with urgent correspondence.

Outdoor Living

Ungasan Bay Villas features a charming outdoor area with a decent sized swimming pool edged by stone pavers and a hand carved decorative wall that depicts the intense creativity of local artisans. Bursts of tropical flora are planted along a low rise fence where on a clear day guests can enjoy scenes of Bali’s sacred Mount Agung dominating the distant horizon.

UNGASAN BAY VILLAS (Four Bedroom Villa)

As a four bedroom rental alternative, Ungasan Bay Villas features twin compounds that ultimately cater to the needs of up to eight adult guests. Designed to showcase the attributes of a tropical Balinese lifestyle, Ungasan Bay Villas is a comfortable haven that encourages quality time to relax and recharge. Both villas are strategically positioned for plenty of social interaction, but also gives guests enough space for moments of privacy and quiet contemplation.

• Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
• Late Check-Out until 15:00 is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
• Late Check-Out until 18:00 will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 will be charged at full nightly rate.

High Season: 4-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 6-NIGHTS

Accommodation rates is per night per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car

• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa

• Fresh fruit and flower arrangement upon arrival

• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks

• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay

• Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch and dinner arrangement

• In-villa daily breakfast, afternoon coffee and tea

• WiFi broadband Internet access from your own villa - usage charge - personal laptop with broadband enable is required

• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house chef or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests' account.
