Villa Horizon

Villa Horizon is one of the very few villas that enjoy absolute beach frontage, in the popular Nusa Dua -Tanjung Benoa area on the south-eastern coast of Bali. This charming traditional grass thatched roofed, 3- bedroom villa enjoys beautiful ocean views from the the indoor and outdoor living areas as well as from the two front bedrooms.

The calm waters and white sand beach have made Tanjung Benoa, one of the prime water sport areas of Bali. There is a wonderful 5 km walking track on the front beach. A full array of diving, paragliding, jet ski and boat riding options can be enjoyed all from the front gate of the villa. Many restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance, 5 star hotels with their fine dining, local restaurants and local handicraft shopping. For the golf enthusiast, the Nusa Dua Golf Club is only a 10 minutes drive. Undercover Tennis courts are available both at the Hilton and Nikko Hotels, also less than a 10 minutes drive. After you long flight to Bali, just a 20 minutes drive from Bali’s International airport gets you to this delightful tropical beachside retreat.

Accommodation
Villa Horizon is a single level beach house that has been totally renovated, bright sunset colour accents compliment the Villa’s sunrise and sunset views. The Villa is entered via a private entry walled garden and covered walkway which links the kitchen and rear bedroom to the main Villa pavilion.

Living Room
The inviting sunny main living room is the heart of the villa and looks directly to the sea. Fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans and equipped with satellite channel TV, DVD and CD player, telephone and wireless internet. Furnished with oversized whitewashed plantation chairs and colourful cushioned antique day bed, this internal living area with glass doors opening onto the pool and garden and outdoor dining pavilion, offers an easy relaxation area for all.

Dining Pavilion
The open air dining pavilion has a bar counter and black terrazzo floor under a high thatched roof. Cooled by ceiling fans and sea breezes, it is the perfect place to enjoy ocean view tropical lunches and dinners prepared and served by the full time cook and staff. This pavilion also has a double day bed and 2 sun chair lounges..

Kitchen
The service kitchen is located in the separate pavilion at the back of the property accessed by a covered walkway. Fully equipped with Fridge, oven, gas hob, bbq, coffee machine and everything the very experienced cook needs in order to prepare delicious meals for you. Your menu preferences will be discussed with you upon arrival and all food is bought for you at local market prices.

Bedrooms
The Villa has 3 size bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and ensuite bathrooms.
Wake up and fall asleep with fabulous ocean horizon views. The Master bedroom has a private deck chair balcony which overlooks the garden and pool. Toned in pale sea shell pinks and this bedroom is spacious and cool, having a romantic 4 poster bed, plantation easy chairs and generous dressing room area. The master bedroom ensuite has a bathtub/shower, with a glass walled garden.

The second bedroom is coloured in pale blues and has a king sized bed with a mosquito net canopy. Also with direct sea views, this bedroom opens directly onto the outdoor pavilion with the double day bed just a jump away to relax in. The ensuite is a shower only with a glass walled garden.

A third bedroom is in a separate pavilion at the rear of the property connected by a covered walkway. This bedroom is smaller with a double 4- poster bed. It has a garden views. The internal ensuite bathroom has a shower only.

All bedrooms have 100% cotton lines, lightweight duvets and mosquito netting, wardrobes and luggage storage and safety security box.

Pool and Garden
A few short steps lead from the living room into the neat grassed garden, with a 5 x 5 meter natural stone lined swimming pool.

Facilities
The Villa has high speed wireless internet connection. Telephone, Television, Satellite, DVD and CD facilities are available. The needs of the very young are catered for with a baby cot and high chair on request.

Staff
Villa Horizon is fully serviced by:

• 1 Part time Villa Manager
  who oversees and co ordinates the staff and property so that it is perfectly presented and maintained for the duration of your stay. The Villa Manager is also available to assist with any guest needs such as flight confirmation, car rental, restaurant and tour bookings.
• 1 Full Time Cook
  Trained in the preparation of local and international cuisine. A menu is provide and the cook will do all the market shopping for you.
• 3 House Staff
  Responsible for the housekeeping duties, laundry and assisting with waiter service for the meals.
• 1 Gardener
  Tending to the garden discreetly, and timed around your activities
• 1 Pool Attendant
  Cleaning and maintain the pool.
• 1 Night Security
  Patrol the grounds and guards the entrance of the villa from dusk to dawn
