The villa is located in the heart of Seminyak only a few footsteps away from the beach near Kudeta and all the hot spot to dine dance and shop. The villa was built in 2008/2009 and a contemporary style that shows the excellent taste of the owners.

Villa C2 The residence consist of - Dream, a three bedrooms villa with a spa room, Joy, a comfortable two bedrooms bal villa and Smile, a three bedrooms villa

An easy to use and handy sliding doors system instantly creates all combination of room numbers possible from 2 to 8 bedrooms.

Villa Alam Requirements

• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability

• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day

• Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

• CHECK-OUT TIME: BEFORE 12:00 HOURS

• CHECK-IN TIME: AFTER 14:00 HOURS

• Low Season: 3-NIGHTS

• High Season: 5-NIGHTS

• Peak Season: 10-NIGHTS

• Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account.
