Robin's Place Villas

Robin's Place is small private villa complex in Legian Bali - three Balinese-style, thatch-grass roofed houses, each with its own tranquil garden, built around a central pool area and surrounded by a high brick wall and coconut trees.

Within short walking distance of beautiful Legian beach with its sensational sunsets, swimming and surfing.

This complex is housed in a quiet and relaxing sanctuary for those who need to get away from the hub-bub and hassle of everyday life.

Yet it's far from the middle of nowhere. In fact, this house is in Legian, close to the Jayakarta hotel and within easy access to modern and traditional shops, restaurants and all the sounds and sights of Bali - not to mention sun, sea, sand and surf, and a bustling cosmopolitan night-life.

Each of the three houses is fully furnished and equipped to satisfy the needs of the most discerning visitors. A housekeeper will attend to your daily cleaning, washing and ironing, as well as preparing breakfast and will assist with the stocking up of food and beverages from the local shops and supermarkets.

Robin's Place - Villa #1 & #2
Both downstairs bedrooms are entered from the living area, both are fitted with two single beds (with mosquito nets) each and en-suite bathrooms, which are fitted with WC, vanity recess/washbasin & a bathtub with shower recess. A spiral staircase leads to the double bedroom which boasts a double bed. Light, airy and with an en-suite bathroom.

Robin's Place - Villa #3
Both upstairs bedrooms are entered from the downstairs living area, fitted with two single beds and the other with double bed (with mosquito nets) each one of the bedroom is en-suite bathroom. Ground floor bedroom fitted with two single beds entered from living/dining areas. Central open garden bathroom with bath, hot and cold water.

Robin's Place Accommodation Rates inclusive of:

• 21% Government Tax and Service Charges

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car

• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa

• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks

• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay

• Serviced daily including housekeeping, ground maintenance and night security.

• Meals preparation at your own villa can be arranged by our in-house staff or by order delivery to nearby restaurants.

• Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account

Robin's Place Check In and Check Out Time:
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 NOON

• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability

• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day

• Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate
