Villa Joe 3 bedroom villas in Umalas is fully staffed and efficiently run by a House Manager with support from a Housekeeper, Gardener/Pool Attendant and a Security team to safeguard the property around the clock. A well trained Cook is also available for the preparation of local and international cuisine. A choice of menus is provided and this service is inclusive of all grocery shopping. All food preparation is done in a separate wet kitchen and meals can be served in several spots throughout the property.

- Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
- Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
- Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch and dinner arrangement
- Internet access from your own villa – personal laptop with broadband enable is required - usage at additional
- Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by nearby restaurant order
- Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account

- Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
- Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day.
- Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
