Villa Jago - beachfront villa, 3+1 bedroom villa and private swimming pool is a stylish and modern beachfront Bali villa, located on the calm and traditional area of Canggu Bali, right on the beach of Pantai Berawa. The contemporary design represented by clean lines and minimal composition includes black granite, marble, wood and a massive foyer and sliding 18 meter windows to enjoy the sunset and panoramic view.

Accommodation and facilities include three air-conditioned master bedrooms with "ensuite" bathrooms with large walk in wardrobes, one kid's air-conditioned bedroom connected to one of the downstairs bedrooms ideal for comfortably hosting two kids, a 2 by 2 meter Jacuzzi in a private terrace, two public toilets, a TV air-conditioned room, a stand alone air-conditioned gym, a 20 meter infinity pool and surrounding landscaped garden, an open and closed living room area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Eighteen professional speakers provide sound in the living room, terrace, lounge sofa area and pool deck. Satellite TV and WiFi internet access is available throughout the property. An automatic water softener system provides pure and clean water. A full and professional staff includes: a villa manager, three housekeepers/cookers, two gardeners and three security men. Also available on request: car, motorbike, driver, chef, baby-sitter, personal trainer, horse-riding on the beach and tour guide. Every care has been taken to create a memorable vacation for you.

Villa Jago is located on the calm and traditional area of Canggu, right on the beach of Pantai Berawa: 10-15 minutes from the bustling Oberoi/Seminyak where you can find international restaurants, trendy bars, cozy boutiques and Spas. Just 5 minutes away from the many amenities of the Canggu Club and if you continue down to the coast, the Greg Norman designed Nirwana golf course at the Meridian Hotel close to Tanah Lot. Ngurah Rai International Airport is 30 minutes drive away.

Damage, Losses, Suitability:

The renter is responsible for leaving the property in good order and in a clean condition. The renter further undertakes to pay for any damages or losses incurred during occupation. The Management reserves the right to repossess the property if the renter or a member of the party has caused excessive damage. Normal bookings are for vacation purposes and special permissions must be obtained for functions where the number of people in attendance exceeds 100% of the capacity of the villa. Also clients should be aware that these are private villas located in residential neighborhoods and, as such, not all functions or events can necessarily be accommodated. The Management reserves the right to refuse any booking which, in its opinion, is unsuitable for the property concerned.

Accommodation Rates inclusive of:

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car.
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.
• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay.
• WiFi Internet access - usage at costumer's account.
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa.
• Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account.

• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.

• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
