Villa Karma Cantik 3+1 bedroom villa in Bukit, Ungasan -Uluwatu Bali , Uluwatu is Place surrounding beaches of Dreamland, Padang Padang, Bingin were formerly considered the exclusive playgrounds of the surfing community.Villa size: 352 sq.m. Swimming pool: 6*4m w. jacuzzi. adn Fully equipped kitchen.

Air conditioned living room with sliding doors looking to swimming pool. Master bedroom with wardrobe, and bathroom with bathtub, also with balcony overlooking garden. 2 guest bedroom in ground floor both with toilet and shower and wardrobe.
Additional bedroom / study room in mezzanine floor overlooking ocean and resort cooling by ocean breezes all day and night (there is double bed inside this rooms).

Villa Karma Cantik included:

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car.
• guests have option: to choose full time chef who will cook breakfast, lunch and dinner (guest pay 100.000 IDR service charge per day for purchase and delivery of meal's ingredients); or they can have car with driver available 8 hours a day (not include petrol). This choice must be done on the moment of confirmation of reservation;
• daily housekeeping, linen, towels. Gardening and pool cleaning (services from resort);
• toiletries "Karma Resorts";
• free usage of in-villa washing machine;
• daily turndown service by resort staff;
• welcome drinks, fruits and cold towels;

The next facilities will be available by the cost:

• ingredients for your meals in case guests will choose to have full-time in-villa chef (additional service charge 100.000 IDR day for shopping and delivery applied);
• petrol for your car and car extra hours (50.000 IDR / 1 extra hour) in case guests will choose to have car with driver available 8 hours a day (exclude petrol);
• breakfast in resort restaurant;
• 24/7 resort room service by menu;
• laundry and dry cleaning as resort services;
• resort SPA;
• 2 resort restaurants;
• in-villa chef as resort services.

All guests require to follow resort rules as obligation to pay security deposit on check-in for usage of resort facilities.

CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 NOON

• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability

• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day

• Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

• Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account

Minimum stay:
- 5 nights in low season
- 7 nights in high season
- 10 nights in peak season
