Villa Layla

Villa Layla is an enchanting two bedroom retreat that recreates the laid-back ambience of a wooden beach house in Seminyak Bali. This simply designed tropical environment is a comfortable holiday base for up to four adult guests or a family unit travelling with children.

Nestled within the confines of a small garden compound, Villa Layla is all about taking each day as it comes in a fun summer setting. It features a decent sized swimming pool and an open style deck positioned for parents to keep a watchful eye of their young ones at all times.

Villa Layla is strategically located down a quiet laneway just off Seminyak's famed Jln. Oberoi. It is within easy walking distance to some of Bali's most popular restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. Dining out is never a problems as there are so many choices in the immediate vicinity.

Seminyak is a melting pot for travellers seeking the ultimate tropical lifestyle. It is the perfect place to soak up the sun by day followed by leisurely evenings of wining and dining. The nearest beach is just a 5 minute journey by car while the international airport is 20 minutes away.

Summer Living
Villa Layla has been built using wood and other indigenous materials to minimise its impact on the surrounding environment. A communal living deck next to the pool is furnished in comfortable pieces and makes a great spot to unwind and catch the afternoon breeze.

An open-plan dining area with a compact kitchen facility separates both bedrooms. Bathed in natural sunlight, this casual space has been set up with white-washed table and wooden chairs for informal meals overlooking the pool.

Restful Bedrooms
Both bedrooms continue the relaxed summer vibe that is evident throughout Villa Layla. Each features a restful decor in earthy tones with a matching piece of artwork above the bed. White-washed timber furnishings together with simple calico drapes create a homely feel.

There is an en-suite bathroom attached to each bedroom with eye-catching tiles adding a vibrant splash of colour. A rain shower alcove and a spacious vanity are more than adequate to carry out daily bathing rituals.

Outdoor Charm
The outdoor area of Villa Layla is almost entirely taken up by the swimming pool while a small parcel of greenery is tucked neatly into one corner. The manageable size of this property is all part of its charm as it promotes quality time together with family or friends.

Low Season: 4-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS

CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 PM

• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
  
• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
  
• Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate
• Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account.

Accommodation rates inclusive of:

• 21% Government Tax and Service Charge

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out)

• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa

• Free WIFI Internet access from the villas (guest' personal laptop is required)

• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa.
