We are located in the trendy neighborhood of Seminyak, Bali's most vibrant district and home to upscale restaurants, bars, fashion boutiques, and lifestyle stores.  In addition, we are conveniently located, just a fifteen-minute drive from the Ngurah Rai International airport. We are also a short ten-minute walk to Seminyak beach, where you will enjoy spectacular sunsets.

- Late Check-Out until 15:00 is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day.
- Late Check-Out until 18:00 will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 will be charged at full nightly rate.
Rate Inclusion : - Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
- Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
- Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
- Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order - in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa.
