Located in a quiet gang of the chic and sophisticated Petitenget neighborhood of Seminyak, you would never expect to find such a wonderful peaceful oasis for you and your loved ones to stay at. Villa Koyama features a large beautifully landscaped garden with tranquil fishponds, fountains, lush tropical greenery and a stunning free-form swimming pool with a shallow step-in for the little ones to safely splash around in the crystal clear water.

Around the pool, there are comfy daybeds and reclining chairs to sunbathe and relax on, and there are tropical alang alang roofed gazebo’s, to find some shade at. Perfect places for day-time snoozing, in-villa massages or reading magazines and books.

There is also an alfresco dining table by the poolside for a delicious breakfast beneath the clear blue sky or a candlelight dinner beneath the stars. The alang alang roofed cabana bar is the place to get your favorite cocktail in the afternoon and lemonade for the kids, of course!

The communal living room is tucked in a traditional Balinese pavilion, open-sided to the garden and located right in the heart of the property.

The pavilion exudes sophistication and tropical elegance, furnished with beautiful antiques, stylish lamps and tribal artwork. There is a fully equipped contemporary kitchen for your usage, complete with a bar and stools to sip drinks together at any time of the day.

There is a large and handsome timber table for family dinners, a sitting area with antique Javanese chairs and for entertainment, an air-conditioned media lounge is adjoined yet closed off from the living space by glass-timber sliding doors. Bedrooms

The 5 bedrooms found within Villa Koyama are split over 3 garden pavilions.

Two of them are tucked in a private stand-alone bungalow and the other 3 share one large wooden house overlooking the peaceful fish ponds of the garden.

All 5 rooms are fully air-conditioned and they feature king-size or twin beds as well as veranda’s to soak up the morning sun and private tropical en-suite bathrooms with outdoor showers.

The master bedroom boasts a TV with DVD-player for late night entertainment in a more intimate setting, a spacious dressing room and a bathtub in the en-suite to soak in at the end of the day.
